The 3rd Project Management Meeting in Kristiansand, Norway on September 3-5, 2019

The PortForward consortium team met for the third project management meeting on September 3-5^th, 2019 in the harbour city Kristiansand in South-Norway. The main points of the agenda covered the review of the results of the first year, planning of work for the work packages for the second project year and in-depth discussions of the specific topics relevant to the next deliverables. The participants came together in three individual thematic working groups with the aim to clearly define the next interim project goals and to establish a common understanding of the separate project elements and their interrelations. The program was rounded off by the tour of the Port of Kristiansand and a joint dinner.
